Impact Development is a Las Vegas-based
commercial development company with numerous prime retail and
office projects throughout the Valley. Partners Jeff Susa and
Jack Breslin (of Breslin Builders) have teamed up again to
continue a tradition of quality projects that focus on meeting
the specific demands of the communities.
Jeff Susa and Jack Breslin have been friends
and business associates for more than 20 years and have worked
together on numerous projects throughout Las Vegas, including
multi-family housing, storage buildings, and office and retail
buildings.
Durango
Commons is a 47-acre mixed use development that includes
Durango Business Park, a 130,000 square-foot Leed Certified,
Class A office park. Phase I of Durango Business Park consists
of a 74,000 square-foot building that is 100 percent leased.
Phase II consists of 56,000 square-feet of office space that
is 94 percent pre-leased and was completed second quarter
2009. Pre-leasing has already begun on the 235,000 square-foot
retail section of the development. The development is located
at Durango Drive and Windmill Lane near the entrance to Rhodes
Ranch and within close proximity to the Mountains Edge
masterplan off Blue Diamond Road.
