Kathryn Cooper, Assistant Vice President of
Construction Finance
As the Assistant Vice President of
Construction Finance, Kathryn is responsible for assisting
Jeff Susa with all aspects of financing for existing and new
commercial developments such as land loans, construction
loans, mezzanine and refinancing.
Kathryn has been with Mr. Susa over six
years. Before joining the company, She served as the HR
Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO for a major home
builder in Las Vegas where she was responsible for overseeing
all aspects of human resources for the company including
payroll, employee benefits, and 401(k) plans.
Kathryn has lived in Las Vegas for over 15
years and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her
grandchildren. She is a mentor and fundraiser for The Leukemia
& Lymphoma Society. Her Las Vegas running team has already
raised over $200,000 for the organization.
