Jack Breslin of Breslin Builders, Managing
Partner of Impact Development
With over 30 years in construction, Jack
Breslin has kept pace with the challenges of a rapidly
changing industry. Early on, moving throughout the southwest
with his family, Jack learned first hand about construction
from his father.
In 1963, his family settled in Las Vegas.
The next decade saw him attend Orange Coast College and a
four-year apprenticeship program form the local carpenters
union. In 1976, Jack obtained his framing contractor's license
from the Nevada State Contractor's Board and successfully
operated his own framing business in Nevada. In 1978, Jack
moved to Washington where he obtained his general contractor's
license. Upon returning to Las Vegas in 1980, Jack received
his Nevada general contractor's license and began assembling
the team of professionals that would become the cornerstone of
Breslin Builders today.
Breslin Builders now grosses $50 million to
$80 million annually and has a long list of loyal clients.
