Jeff Susa, Managing Partner of Impact
Development
Jeff began his real estate career in 1979
and in 1981 became one of the youngest to hold a brokers
license in the state of California. He began syndicating
properties shortly after to acquire apartments and small
commercial properties in the San Fernando Valley. Eventually,
he moved into syndicating and building larger shopping centers
and multi-story office buildings.
He decided to move to Las Vegas in 1986
where he continued to syndicate and build properties and
larger projects including shopping centers, mini-storages,
apartments, single family homes, and office buildings.
He is experienced in all aspects of
commercial development from negotiations and acquisitions of
land purchases to the construction and completion of the final
product. He has also personally helped design several award
winning properties.
Jeff possesses extensive management
knowledge and has supervised the development and management of
more than $700 million of retail space in Nevada and
California. He has also been involved in numerous
multi-million dollar transactions.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling,
flying and spending time with his wife and two children.
